The order number can be found in the following places:

• Your packing slip
• The confirmation email that was sent upon purchase
• In the order details given when you login to your account
  

If you received a defective or incorrect item:

• Notify us here within a week of the item's delivery or email us at support@yellowmapletoyshop.com
• Provide your order number and a photo of the damaged item

Criteria for return eligibility:

• The box is unopened
• The return is requested within 30 days of purchase
• The item is packed in a shipping box with the correct return label attached

Refund information:

• The customer will be refunded to the original form of payment within one week of the supplier's reception of the product
